FAQ'S
1. Do you offer gift boxes and can I create my own gift box? Yes and Yes. Upon check out, be sure to add gift wrapping to your order. For anything specific, please put your wishes in the notes at checkout or feel free to call or email us directly.
2. I want to purchase a gift for someone...what are your best selling products? In our navigation bar at the top of our website click on Olivia & Granny's Favorites and Top Sellers.
3. Are your products gluten free? Many of our products do not contain gluten. However, we are not certified gluten free. If you have a question regarding a specific product please reach out to us and we will double check the ingredients with our formulator.
4. I would like to buy shower steamers and body scrubs/butters but I don't see my favorite scent offered. How can I go about getting my favorite scent? Some of our products can be customized to your favorite scent blend, etc. Please reach out to us and we will let you know if this is possible with the particular product that you are looking at. Please note that custom orders are not returnable and may require the purchase of a certain quantity (usually 4-6) and can take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
5. Are you able to supply any of your products for events such as baby showers, bridal showers, bridesmaids gifts, and milestone events such as birthdays and anniversaries? Yes, we can do this with certain products. Please contact us and we will be happy to discuss what we can do. Most customers inquire about our shower steamers, whipped sugar scrubs, body butters, soaps, etc.
6. I have many allergies. Do you have any fragrance free products? Yes, our colloidal oatmeal soap bars are fragrance free. We can also get many of our body butters fragrance free as well as our aromatherapy hot packs. If you have allergy concerns, feel free to contact us directly and will be happy to help you.
7. How long does it take you to ship my order? Once an order comes in, we strive our best to get all orders out within 24-72 working hours (not including weekends). We ship via USPS or UPS. The USPS has been quite delayed with deliveries. When shipping via USPS, we send everything out with the hopes of delivery being made within 2-3 business days.
8. I would like to put together my own gift package for a loved one. Can you help me with this? Absolutely! We love to help! Just give us a call or an email and will be happy to help.
9. If I buy a particular product that I like in bulk, can I get a discount? Though we don't offer wholesale pricing, please reach out to us as we love our customers and will try to help out as best we can.
10. I would like to send a gift package to a loved one or friend with health concerns. Can you help me to choose which products may be best? Absolutely, we would love to help! Please reach out to us at your convenience.
11. I love your products but can't afford to pay for them all at once. Do you have any payment plans? As a matter of fact we offer SEZZLE which allows you to pay for your items in 4 interest free payments :-)
12. I need to get a gift out in a hurry...can you help me with this? Please contact us and we will try our very best to get your package out quickly.
13. Do you offer monthly specials? Yes, indeed! Check out our monthly specials link up in the navigation bar.
14. Do you offer any items for children gifts? Yes indeed we do. Check out our children's felted soaps and our gorgeous handmade boo boo packs.
15. Do you offer any pampering gifts for Father's Day? Yes indeed we do. The following products are quite popular: our gorgeous handmade hot/cold packs, our shower steamers, shampoo bars, body butters, body scrubs, soaps and loofah spa bars.
16. Do you offer any skin relief products for eczema/psoriasis? We have an amazing products coming soon to help bring relief for skin itching and irritation, etc. Please check back periodically.
17. It's my dogs birthday! Do you offer a pampering birthday gift box for my precious furried friend? Oh Yes, check out our gorgeous handmade dog coats and raincoats, funny dog ID tags, liquid dog wash, dog soaps, paw wax, dog bandanas, Calm Me Down Herbal Calming Collars, unscented aromatherapy packs for senior dogs, etc.

19. My skin feels dry, which soaps and other body care products do you suggest? We have several products that may be helpful in bringing more moisture to the skin such as our shea butter rich colloidal oatmeal bar soap, our goat's milk honey & oats soap, our shea butter rich felted soaps, various body butters and our whipped sugar scrubs.
